The Burial Cave is a POI found north of Mannshire that is used in the quest "From the Cradle to the Grave." It is the location of the boss the Manticore.
Outside the cave is a small camp made by the Venemist, the camp has a few animal corpses, a unique book, and a bed. Inside the cave is a small path with a few corpses and some doors that lead to the boss room.
