Skill Description Properties Treaties
Hail of Blows
Strikes two times with /*Weapon_Damage*/% Damage. The first attack has +/*Energy_Steal*/% Energy Drain, the second attack attack has +/*Daze_Chance*/% Daze Chance.

If both attacks connect, strikes for the third time with /*Weapon_Damage*/% Damage and +/*Knockback_Chance*/% Knockback Chance.

Each successful Block prolongs the duration of the effect by 1 turn, but decreases its number of stacks by 2.
