Creates a tooltip that displays on mouseover. Shortcut: {{tt}}

Parameters:

1. Item name.
2. Link text. If not specified, uses Item name.
3. Anything. If specified, there won't be a link.

Usage:

{{Tooltip|Footman Sword|Weapon test}}

Footman Sword

{{Tooltip|Footman Sword|Weapon test|I can write anything as text.}}

I can write anything as text.

{{Tooltip|Footman Sword|Weapon test|Text that isn't a link can have tooltip too.|nolink}}

Text that isn't a link can have tooltip too.
