The chance to deal halved Damage with attacks. Fumbling an attack also sets its Stun, Daze, Knockback, Immobilization, and Bleed Chances to zero.
Fumbled spells consume more Energy and have a longer Cooldown.
Dual wielding negatively affects this stat.
