The chance to land a strike and both physical and magical projectiles.
Accuracy over 100% reduces the target's Dodge Chance.
Ranged weapons receive a penalty to Accuracy when shooting at distant targets (shots against targets beyond half the maximum Range receive -2% Accuracy per extra tile).
Bows receive -50% and -25% Accuracy when shooting at targets within 1 and 2 tiles respectively.
