Optimism is a mental State in which your character can enter. It occurs randomly when you have high Morale & Sanity and didn't take any damage for a number of turns.
Effects:
Fortitude: +15% Morale Change: +0,01% Psionic Resistance: +15% Recieved Experience: +5%
Description : Believing in yourself is the monst important thing.
