Ways to increase Sanity
Sanity will naturally restore at a set rate when resting in a bed. This is the most reliable means to restore sanity, although not always available. The rate of sanity increase depends on the location of the rest.

If a bed is not available, the following items can be used to increase character's sanity:

* Beverages: Brandy (+2% per use)
* Food: Bilberry Pie (+0.10% x 60t per use), Lentil Soup (+3%)
* Herbs: Mindwort (+4%), Thyme (+1%)
* Medicine: Ether Inhaler (+5% per use)
* Other: praying at a Shrine (+5%)

Note that using some of these items may have reverse effect on Sanity in certain conditions due to their interaction with other attributes affecting Sanity, such as Intoxication.

Can be recovered by a resting at bed or camp (recovery is based on hours spent sleeping).
