+2% Crit Efficiency
+0.5% Block Chance
+1 Block Power
+3 Block Power Cap ( Only Player has Block Power Cap and it is STR*3 )
+1.5% Bodypart Damage
+1% Armor Damage
+0.25 Bare-hand Damage
