Quest items are special items which are required to complete Contracts or are used to impact the gameplay. Caravan upgrades can be found at Caravan Accessories!
Some quest items can be used and some can be sold to NPCs, but that makes the Contract fail instantly. Making it impossible to complete your Contract. While in rare ocassions, you can decide to keep said item which also makes the Contract fail.
Most of these items are but not limited to the valuables, scrolls & amulets type.
