Rickerd is the Grand Magistrate's emissary to Osbrook. The player can talk with him about the current affairs, and eventually receive a quest.

- He is incredibly self absorbed, showing disdain for others beneath him.
- He claims to be an excellent fencer, yet keeps repeatedly getting captured by brigands.
