  • High health and many enemies nearby.
  • Morale below 50% and Sanity below 50%,

State
A chance to take a step in a random direction while walking.

A chance to drop an item instead of using, throwing, or equipping it.

A chance to use aimed abilities with a 1-2 tile spread around the intended target.

Delirium also heavily randomizes all received Experience (from -50% to +20%), regardless of its source.
