Rain

Rain is a common weather event in Stoneshard. During rainy weather the player will get inflicted with the effect wet every turn, this effect will increase until it reaches 360. Often rainy weather will turn into a thunderstorm. When rain begins to clear up citizens will make remarks about this fact.
