Each point of Vitality grants +4 Max Energy and +2% Energy Restoration.

Reaching a threshold of 15, 20, 25, and 30 points also grants:

+15 Max Health
+5% Block Power Recovery
+7.5% Control Resistance

Vitality is capped at 30 points.
