Second Wind is a State of mind.
- Removes all negative physical effects, and replenishes 30% Max Health and 30% Max Energy.
- Once per 30 turns with 50% chance allows the character to avoid death.
Trigger:
- Low health.
- A hostile in sight.
- Morale above 50% and Sanity above 50%
