Paranoia is a State of mind.
When triggered, Player might hear or see enemies that is an illusion. If you interact with it by walking or attacking them, it will disappear and lowered your morale and sanity.
Trigger:
- No enemies nearby
- Morale and Sanity below 50%.

The penalties to Abilities Energy Cost, Damage Taken, Fumble Chance, and Backfire Chance depend on Fatigue. Forces the character to hear and see danger where there is none.
