Creates a tooltip that displays on mouseover. Shortcut: {{tt}}
Parameters:
- Item name.
- Item type. (This must be as it appears in the Usage section/ ie. Weapon test)
- Link text. If not specified, uses Item name.
- Anything. If specified, there won't be a link.
Usage:
