Vow of the Feat

Vow of the Feat is Arna's baseline trait.
Each enemy within Vision increases the rate of "Heroism", "Optimism, and "Second Wind" activation by 20% (up to 100%).
Increases the duration of positive Psyche states by 100% and improves their effects by 40% (+2% for each character level).
While affected by "Second Wind", with 50% chance allows the character to avoid death an unlimited number of times.
Killing dangerous enemies grants additional Experience depending on the character's level.
