Repositions to an adjacent tile, replenishes 15% Max Block Power, and reduces the ability tree's skills cooldowns by 1 turn for each enemy within 5 tiles.
Activates "Regroup" for 10 turns:
-5% Damage Taken
+5% Block Chance
+15% Block Power Recovery
+5% Counter Chance
Grants an extra stack of the effect (up to IV) for each ability tree's skill that was on cooldown before its activation.
