Bribing the Bailiff	Find a Ruby Return to Noel in the Evening	Some Brynn officials have grown so complacent that they refuse to take bribes in gold. Noel vir Roan, the bailiff at the carpentry workshop, will not settle for less than a precious gem: a good-sized ruby should get me access to some of the gear they make for the city.	You can buy woodworks from him in the evening.

A Ruby can be stolen from the Jeweler's shop during the night, at a risk of being asked by the guards.
