Some Brynn officials have grown so complacent that they refuse to take bribes in gold.
Noel vir Roan, the bailiff at the carpentry workshop, will not settle for less than a precious gem: a good-sized ruby should get me access to some of the gear they make for the city.

You can buy woodworks from him in the evening.

Tips and Tricks
For this quest to become available, the character will need the Recommendation Letter received by asking Bern for their help. This dialogue option appears once the character has completed at least one of his contracts or after reaching benevolence Reputation with Brynn.
A Ruby can be stolen from the Jeweler's shop during the night, at a risk of being asked by the guards.
