Destroys a runic boulder, creating an earthquake for 8 turns in a large area around it.

Each turn of staying in the earthquake's area of effect:

Deals 2 Crushing Damage.
Burns 3% Max Energy (but no more than 10).
Has 4% chance to Daze for 3 turns.
Applies -5% Control Resistance and -10% Move Resistance (this effect stacks and lasts until the end of the earthquake).
Destroys a runic boulder, creating an earthquake for 8 turns in a large area around it.

Each turn of staying in the earthquake's area of effect:

Deals ((2 * (Magic Power + Geomantic Power)) / 100) Crushing Damage.
Burns ((((3 * (Magic Power + Geomantic Power)) / 100) * Max MP) / 100)% Max Energy (but no more than WIL).
Has ((4 * (Magic Power + Geomantic Power)) / 100)% chance to Daze for 3 turns.
Applies -5% Control Resistance and -10% Move Resistance (this effect stacks and lasts until the end of the earthquake).

Passive bonus:
+2.5% Geomantic Power
-1% Power of other Magic Schools
