The Lone Farmstead is located near the Oaken Barrel Brewery.
It is part of the Fate of the Brewery quest. You have to clear this place from brigands that were hired by Odar to attack the Oaken Barrel Brewery, if you choose to side with Kromm. If you did not side with Kromm, it will be a deserted farmstead that can still be looted.
