Kromm is a Brewery owner who is important in the Fate of the Brewery Quest, if sided with, he sells heavily discounted goods from the brewery. He is affiliated with the Grand Magistrate faction.
Location
Kromm can be found just outside the Oaken Barrel Brewery, standing outside on the left-side of the building. If you side with him during the Fate of the Brewery Quest, you'll always find him stood inside the main building on the right-side during the day, or asleep in the North-West building at night. If you sided with Odar in Fate of the Brewery, Kromm's shop will not be available.
