Trigger:
- Low health and at least one enemy nearby.
- Motivation below 50%, while Sanity above 50%,

Skipping a turn significantly reduces the effect's duration and also replenishes +1% Situational Morale for each enemy withing Vision.
Once per30 turns If Situational Morale is reduced to 0%, forced the character to drop the equipped weapons.
