If there are no such targets, has 20% chance to affect a random Resonating target within Vision, prolonging the duration of its "Resonance" or "Impulse" by 3 turns.
If there are no such targets, has 20% chance to affect a random Resonating target within Vision, prolonging the duration of its "Resonance" or "Impulse" by 3 turns.
