Each third use of the ability tree's spells with 75% chance applies "Resonance" for 3 turns to a random enemy within Vision without this effect.
If there are no such enemies, prolonging the duration of "Resonance" or "Impulse" affecting a random Resonating target within Vision by 3 turns.

Passive bonus:
+1% Backfire Chance of other Magic Schools' spells
- Unlocked by reading Electromantic Treatise IV or by spending 18 Attribute points into Perception or Willpower.
