After reading Bern's recommendation letter, Keremit Lawe, the Guild's bailiff at the leatherworks, no longer opposes the idea of selling me an occasional item.

There's one condition though: I'll first have to pay him a "fee" of five hundred crowns.

You can buy leatherworks from him in the evening.
