Bern is the quartermaster of Brynn. He gives the player contracts and has a small selection of items he can sell.
Location
Bern has a stall on the Old Towers quarter of the Brynn city.
Quests
Bern has a part in the Brynn's Corruption quest line. Specifically they have an unlockable dialogue option after completing at least one of his contracts or after reaching benevolence Reputation with Brynn, that gives the Recommendation Letter required to start Bribing the Bailiff.
