Allows to choose a Burning target. Removes Burning from it, dealing 9 Fire Damage to 3x3 tile area and with 20% chance Igniting all affected targets for 3-4 turns.
Each turn of removed Burning increases the damage by 30% and the chance to Ignite by 100%.
