Camp on the Global Map

Camp is a Point of Interest that is always present on the Global Map. The location and amount of camps is randomly selected when creating a New Game.

Description

Someone decided to set up a temporary camp in this area.

Some of the camps are located near the ruins of burnt huts or ancient towers, some are on the banks of rivers, and some have been ravaged by wild animals that killed their inhabitants. In most of them, the mercenary can see important objects of brigand life: a shooting range with targets, carcasses of animals caught by poachers, cages for captives, boats for river robbery, etc.

Properties

  • Always spawns a certain distance from Towns and Dungeons.
  • Can spawn in any biome.
  • Usually spawns with 2-3 Brigand-type Enemies.
  • Always contains one Bed which can be used to sleep.
  • Always contains a Campfire and a pot that can be used for Cooking.
  • Certain camp sites will have been overtaken by Deathstinger Hives or Crawlers. In such camps there may be no pot on the Campfire.

Loot

  • Always contains one lootable Chest and up to 2 other lootable containers.
  • A devastated camp may have loot scattered on the ground, such as a Silver Nugget or Travel Pot.
