This skill is currently bugged, damage increase is not as mentioned in the tooltip, but:
+ [ 0.75*STR + 0.25*AGI + 0.25*AGI ] % Damage - basic
+ [ 0.75*STR ] % Damage - bonus, for Injured targets
Fixed in Bold Thrower Update
