Odar is the Elder of Osbrook, a village under the control of the Grand Magistrate. Accordingly, it has the authority to issue Contracts to mercenaries. In addition, he plays an important role in the Osbrook storyline.

Odar keeps his lodgings and office on the top story of the large building to the north of the market square. The first floor is used as a barracks for the village guards. A small jail is located in the basement.
