Shoots a bolt of dark energy, dealing 9 Unholy Damage with 90% Accuracy. If the spell hits the target, burns its Energy for the amount of damage dealt and replenishes the same amount of Energy to the caster.
Desecration is an enemy skill.
- Desecration is not affected by enemy's Accuracy whatsoever, therefore any changes to Accuracy from buffs or debuffs have no effect.
- Desecration' base chance to hit is
75 + (1.5 * enemy PRC)and the final chance to hit is modified by distance penalty and obstacle checks (same as projectiles).
