Desecration is an enemy skill.
- Desecration is not affected by enemy's Accuracy whatsoever, therefore any changes to Accuracy from buffs or debuffs have no effect.
- Desecration' base chance to hit is
75 + (1.5 * enemy PRC)and the final chance to hit is modified by distance penalty and obstacle checks (same as projectiles).
