When the effect expires or is removed, teleports the target to the marked tile, dealing 8 Arcane Damage.
If the marked tile is occupied, teleports the target to the closest empty tile, dealing 12 Arcane Damage and with 60% chance Stunning it.
While "Wormhole" is active, the spell doesn't go on cooldown and can be used again without spending Energy to remove the effect from the target.
The spell can't be used on giant or stationary targets and doesn't harm the caster.
