If you're looking for extra food while low on inventory space, consider taking Milk as it comes with multiple uses and helps with both Hunger and Thirst. When it's empty, you can just throw the jug away.

Glo glo! Most beverages lower your Thirst, and all of them come with other effects. Milk is the only beverage that also lowers your Hunger.

Water

The most important Beverage is water. Water is freely available from the town's wells, so remember where the well is and don't forget to refill your Waterskin each time you're back in town. There is well present on each tile of Brynn, and additionally in certain Points of Interest like the Witch's Hut or at the Winery beside Mannshire.
