Mini-boss Hint

There was that gaunt, pale fellow snooping around here a week ago. He kept asking about books, manuscripts — whether there were any in the neighborhood.

By the time we realized his intentions, he had already vanished. I wouldn't be surprised if he's the one responsible for the crypt's desecration.
