Curse of Decay is a Secret Cults (Undead) enemy spell.
It is cast by Occultist, Necromancer, Wraith Cleric, Wraith Seer, Revenant Commander, Wraith Commander, Wraithbinder, Ritualist, and Skeleton High Priest.
Immunity to the curse is provided by the Casket with St Wald Relics artifact if it is in your inventory.
