Odar told me that the Oaken Barrel Brewery, the main beer supplier for Osbrook, was captured by brigands.
A lucky coincidence and a bit of inquisitiveness on my part allowed me to discover the truth.It turned out the "brigands" are actually a band of mercenaries, hired by the brewery's owner to protect himself from Odar's extortion.
Apparently, Odar controls a gang of his own: if I get rid of it, the brewery's owner promised to provide me with a cart and horses.;
