Settlement's Perks
Settlement's Perks are an effect that can influence how the people, trades, and overall attitude the settlement toward your character. Some perks is a permanent status of certain settlement, other can only available if you achieve certain Reputation level on each that settlement.
Positive Settlements' Perks
These perks are effect that can be achievable by most if not all the settlements in current update. These perks usually influenced by the positive Reputation above indifference level of the settlement.
- Favorable Prices I-III
- Trade favorability +5%/10%/15%.
- Wide Selection I-III
- Allow you to purchase equipment of higher quality (tier).
- +10%/15%/20% traders' Stock size.
- Advance Payments
- Allows to receive advance payment when taking upon a contract.
- Specialty Goods
- Allows to purchase special items: recipes, schematics, and maps of surrounding area.
Negative Settlements' Perks
These perks can be obtained if you have Reputation below indifference level, or caught doing criminal act such as stealing or murder.
- Worse Prices I-II
- Trade favorability 15%/30%
- Meager Selection I-II
- Worsen the quality of sold equipment
- -25%/50% traders' Stock Size
- Hostility
- The locals refuse to talk or trade with you.
- Wanted: Fine or Jail
- You broke the law, and now there's a manhunt.
- Wanted: Attacked on Sight
- There's a bounty on your head. You'll be attacked on sight.
Unique Settlements' Perks
These unique perks are usually permanent and already acquired on every Reputation levels of that settlement, but some need specific Reputation level. Some of these unique perks can only be obtained by few settlements.
- Special Quest
- Allows to receive special quest.
- Can be found in Mannshire, Rotten Willow Tavern.
- Common Cause
- 15% of the Reputation gained from completing local contracts is also granted in other settlements of the Faction, all the way up to Benevolence.
- Can be found in Osbrook, Mannshire, Denbrie.
- Magistrate's Frontier
- Increase Brynn Reputation gain from completing local contracts by additional 15%
- Can be found in Denbrie.
- Magistrate's Capital
- 20% of the Reputation gained from completing contracts in other settlements of the Magistrate is also granted in Brynn.
- Can be found in Brynn.
- City of Opportunities
- Allows to negotiate access to the equipment produced by the Guild.
- Can be found in Brynn.
- Underworld Connections I-II
- 10% of the Reputation gained from completing local contracts is also granted in Brynn.
- At tier II, Allows to be introduced to a special trader in Brynn.
