Main Focus:

Crowd Control, Weakening Effects, Area Damage

  Electromancy Spells deal Shock Damage scaling multiplicatively from Magic Power and Electromantic Power.

Spell’s_Magic_Damage = Basic_Value * Magic_Power/100 * (1 + Electromantic_Power/100)
