If you are looking get the Golden Candelabrum and the Decorated Inkpot for the Bailiff Giles Vir Ivet in Brynn. You can purchase these items at a pawn shop in the North-Eastern corner of Brynn just above the Inn.
You can also steal an Ornate Inkpot from Renod Kann, the shopkeeper of Alchemical Emporium of Curious Goods in the Docks district, on the second floor.
