Scrolls are items with different purposes. Some are consumables that are used on other items. Scrolls can be found as loot or bought from several NPCs, usually the Herbalist, the Priest or the Merchants. The colour of each scroll seems completely random, they are set when starting a new game. Different scrolls produce different results listed in the table below:
