The Ruined Manor, it's hanging on the wall next to the bookcase in the bedroom.
Hidden quest
The Black Boar Head can be returned to its owner, Brukk, inside The Black Boar Tavern. You will be rewarded with a Dark Ale and a discount when renting a room.
It will reset after a time at the Ruined Manor so it can be sold for money even if it was already returned to Brukk.
