For quite a while, it was considered impossible to imbue stone with any magical properties, as it was deemed too inert for such subtle and complex manipulations. But now, thanks to professor Joran of Brynn University, we finally understand that this assertion was far from the truth.

So what exactly allows us to combine these two elements that were previously thought to be incompatible? The answer comes from history, namely the arid plateaus of Nistra. Runes - they are the link between a mage's will and stone, the instrument to achieve the impossible. Geomancy yielded to us ever so slowly, like an ore vein under a miner's pick, but our efforts bore fruit - earth mages are now well-respected, and everyone knows how dangerous they can be.

The most destructive weapon in a geomancer's arsenal is, of course, an overcharged runic boulder. It only takes one word to unleash the power trapped within to a devastating effect. There are even stories about great geomancers of old who could destroy entire armies with a single cast of this powerful spell, although I'm sure it's just an exaggeration.
