• There is a building with a cellar under it. The entrance to it is hidden inside the building - under the carpet, that must be turned over. The note and the epic belt can be found there.
• The rumored version of this point of interest called Tailor's Homestead, but after the reaching it becomes renamed into Ransacked Homestead.
• Spawns northeast ot the rotten willow tavern.
