There is a building with a cellar under it. The entrance to it is hidden inside the building - under the carpet, that must be turned over. A note and a unique epic belt can be found there.
The rumored version of this point of interest called "Tailor's Homestead", but after the reaching it becomes renamed into "Ransacked Homestead".
Spawns northeast from the Rotten Willow Tavern.
