The Leprosarium is a unique POI that is always present on the Global Map. It is old enough to be marked on pre-war paper maps. True, in modern times it is much more dilapidated.

The Leprosarium is a gloomy, abandoned building with peeling whitewash. The compassionate hieronites once welcomed the terminally ill here, but now the doors are closed to all visitors.

Properties
- Inside the Leprosarium is the Soggy Diary.
- There are several Rats scurrying around in the basement. And Ravens gathered around the building itself.
- There is a Bed suitable for sleeping. However, sleeping in such a place has a depressing effect on the mercenary's Psyche.
- Behind the Leprosarium lies a repulsive sight: a mass grave of lepers. One might assume the monks organized the burial before abandoning the hospital.

- Outside are two carts loaded with rotten vegetables. Additionally, next to a small, ruined outbuilding, lies a Shovel.
- Inside, various medicines are scattered and there are several wooden coffins suitable for destruction.
