Signal Tower is a Point of Interest that is always present on the Global Map. The location is randomly selected when creating a New Game.

Always spawns certain distance from Mannshire and always in the Plains biome.
Current home of an Ancient Troll that decided to pay a visit to the local guards.
Weber, Mannshire's Governor, offers a contract to slay the Ancient Troll.
You can enter the Signal Tower after the Troll is defeated.

Loot

Signal Tower is always spawned with this fixed loot:

Several Watchman Swords (broken)
Flat Kettle Helmet (broken)
Two Heater Shields (broken)
Peasant Bow (broken)
Sallet (inside the tower)

Some loot can be accessed prior to defeating the Troll, but most cannot.
