The Abandoned Siege Camp is a unique POI that is always present on the Global Map. Its location is fixed in the steppes northwest of Brynn Outskirts. For obvious reasons, it is absent from pre-war paper maps.

An echo of the failed siege on Brynn. After the sudden return of Duke di Berro's army, the Council was beaten and routed, leaving their siege machinery behind.

The Abandoned Siege Camp is a sad sight. Tattered tents, broken siege equipment, absolute desolation. These were the consequences of the flight of the troops of the Royal Council, caused by the unexpectedly rapid return of the army of the Grand Magistrate under the command of Duke Arno di Berro after the capture of Maen.

You're not a local, right? Then I suppose you didn't witness the Brynn siege? Oh, those were dark times! To be frank, I didn't expect us to hold the city. And yet, with the Host's blessing we did just that! If only you could see how the Council tucked their tails and ran! They left everything behind - their camps, carts, trebuchets. The latter have almost entirely been stripped down for firewood by now - finders keepers, right? Albeit a few of them still stand, slowly rotting away...

• You can find a few Ravens in the camp.
• There are three Campfires without pot in the camp.
• The camp contains the crumbling remains of five Council army trebuchets.
• There is always a Forgotten Letter near the tent decorated with the symbols of the Council. It follows from it that the camp was commanded by an unknown person named Vernold.

Loot

• Loot is scattered throughout the camp, mostly in the form of Junk and rotten Food.
• There is a lone weapon rack in the camp.
• It is noteworthy that a broken Council Heater Shield can be found in the camp.
