Charcoal Burners' Camp

Convicts, dregs, deserters, this place is a fitting and beneficial place (for Magistrate) for them to put to work. Most people here are prisoners or unpaid workers burning woods into coals and the other are guards overseeing every one of them to stay in the line of work. Located at the south near Rotten Willow Tavern might lead people into thinking this was a bad placement for a camp full of convicts. But turns out the guards and One-Eyed Wigmar already reached an agreement that they will brought back any escapees within a day, and in returns the guards will let some of their folks runaway from the punishment of coal burning. Live and let live said the Captain, as long the Guild got their charcoal supplies.
Description
“ | The burden of producing the charcoal that feeds the New Guild's forges was placed on the shoulders of convicts and prisoners of war. The close vicinity of the Rotten Willow Tavern isn't a coincidence - the local captain is on much better terms with One-Eyed Wigmar than with his direct superiors in Brynn. |
