An idiot's dreams come true!

Deathstinger Hives are generic POI that usually contain around three Deathstinger Swarms and a Deathstinger Hive that will continue to create more Deathstinger Swarms until it is destroyed. Like most other wildlife locations, the loot is usually limited to the drops of the wildlife there. In this case, Deathstinger Swarms don't drop anything, but the Deathstinger Hive will rarely drop Hornet Honey. For obvious reasons, it is absent from pre-war paper maps.

Description

Deathstingers kill indiscriminately: these fearsome insects attack anyone who approaches their enormous hives.

The Deathstinger Hive, like the Camp, has several tiers. The most common ones consist of a single Deathstinger Hive in a clearing strewn with the remains of the victims of its inhabitants. Another variety is the ruins of human dwellings, in which two Deathstinger Hives are located. There may be containers with Loot.

Rumors

Deathstinger Hive

Beware of deathstingers. Nowadays there's just too many of them in the area - throw a stone and you hit their hive. We managed to burn down a couple of those, but there's still one left standing. These vile critters may be small, but they sting like hell. And if a whole swarm of them starts chasing you, then you're not long for this world.
